Shipping policy

At Sands Printing, every order is individually prepared with care from our workshop in Australia.

Because many of our products are personalised and made to order, please allow time for us to carefully create your order before it is shipped.

Once your order has been completed, it will be securely packaged and dispatched using one of our trusted delivery partners.

We currently ship Australia-wide. Standard and Express shipping options are available at checkout, with shipping costs calculated based on your order. Delivery estimates shown at checkout apply after your order has been completed and dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier's delivery schedule.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information (where available) so you can follow your parcel's journey.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us at info@sandsprinting.com.au and we will do everything we reasonably can to help resolve the issue.
